At the same time, the application also provides a function to help users and residents when they need to give feedback to the Management Board easily, quickly and conveniently:- Easily send requests to the Management Board: Directly send requests, report errors, problems about service and building quality.- Receive information quickly from the Natural Resources Management Board: be updated with general news of the building; Human service announcement; Receive and respond to requests from the Management Board.- Actively control and look up information: Check and look up information on services such as management fees, electricity, water, vehicles....- Convenient payment: Online payment can be made if there is a link between Viettel Pay and VNPay.- Register to use the service: register to use the community house, swimming pool and other utilities;- Actively assess the quality of cultural management services: Participate in surveys and evaluations of consultation sessions of the Management Board.
